Application Details

How to apply?

To take assessment under the 'Group Special Project' scheme you must be a user/trainee/practitioner with an institution, which is a partner of HKITSAC. Application details will be provided by the institution.

To take 'Standard Assessment' test please fill in an   Application form, applicant(s) should choose the available session(s), indicate the test and preferred date for test. HKITSAC will process your application and arrange an confirmed test date.
